1. Initial consultation / start up fee - $195
- If patient elects to start treatment the first month of service is credited
2. Monthly patient fee - $100 charged every 30 days
3. No Additional fees for doctors visits or consultations with patient coordinators
4. Lab work – Patient is scripted lab work and uses insurance to process the labs for payment
- Cash pay options are available at our discounted rate for those without or wanting to bypass insurance
5. Medication cost passed directly to clients
- Testosterone compounded – $160.00 (10ml at 200mg/ml), typically lasts 3 months depending on prescribed dose
- Testosterone prescription – Zero cost, you pick up at local pharmacy using patient insurance
Estrogen Management
Anastrozole may be prescribed for those needing estrogen management. Typical cost is less than $40 for 3 months
Peptide Therapy
IGF-1 increasing peptides such as Sermorelin start at $250/month
